Q: Can JinXi make design drawings for me?
We do not provide design services. You are responsible for submitting 2D and 3D CAD drawings.
Q: How you do the quality control?
First, materials inspection by IQC
2nd, sent to warehouses.
3rd,first samples inspection by IPQC, and on-site inspection during production every two hours by various equipment and make reports for records
4th,100% inspected before shipping out.
Q: How long does a quotation take?
In most cases, we respond within 24hours receiving an RFQ. If the quote is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Q: How do I know my design will be kept confidential?
We of course will sign NDA. And you can reply on our reputation with thousands of customers over 10years.
Q: What type of design files can you accept for quoting?
3D CAD files in STEP or IGES format. 2D drawings in PDF format.
Q:Is there a minimum order requirement?
If for cnc machining, we can accept even 1pc to test quality; if plastic injection parts, since there would be mold cost, MOQ should be discussed between both parties to share the mold costs.
Q: Can I use my own material for production?
Yes, it works. but genereally speaking, we’ll handle the whole process for the customers.
Q: How quickly can I get my parts?
If you provide us with complete 2D and 3D CAD models,we’ll finish parts within 3-7 working days. More complex parts requiring or other special features will take longer.
As for shipping, most of our shipments are via express service, which will take a few days from China to Europe or North America.
