About The Project
Generally speaking,there are almost no challenges for this project, since some items need to fit together tightly,we checked drawings and suggest the right tolerence to customer,and they accept it.and the main process used to make the stainless steel parts is cnc machining,while the brass parts are made by cnc turning.
Surface Finishing
Once we finished the machine work, those aluminum parts were cleaned and bead blasted for aluminum anodizing. Anodizing improves the corrosion resistance of the aluminum, provides a hard scratch-resistant surface, and enhances the cosmetic appearance of what, after all, is going to be a pretty neat looking exoskeleton.
Anodizing adds a thin layer of material onto the surface, about 3~5 microns. This is enough to interfere with close fit tolerances and machine threads, so threaded holes must be cleaned after anodizing, exposing bare metal.
After receipt of goods
The Russian shipping is not so convinient as other countries like USA or Europe,all our russian customers have their own forwarders. they would pick up goods by themselves and ship by train which will take around one month to receive the parts.
