About The Project
In less than one year,we have run 10 projects for this customer,they are a Mechantronics company located in San Francisco,Ca. Mr Haynes is a mechanical engineer who is the main contact for their cnc parts, actually the main technics is not by cnc machining but edm machining or slow wire cutting.
They tried a few samples here which were very high precision and the quality was fantasic.below is the transaction records for the latest projects they run here.
The Challenge
the most difficult thing is the profile tolerence, as you see the inspection reports below they are not within tolerence the very first time,we then adjusted the machining technics by slow wire cutting on the sodick machine and checked again via CMM 100% before shipping out.
We really like working with this great company, and the reason why they wouldn’t change supplier is that we always provide them good quality parts at fast speed, and the communication is perfect between us, which saves them much time to concentrate on their projects testing and production.
